Where To Find GOLD QUALITY FURNISHING PLANS?

Hey I was wondering if someone knew where we can find Other Gold Quality Furnishing plans, Besides Voucher Vendors, Ive seen people selling Orcish thrones, Breton Thrones & so on, In guild stores.Just wondering where they find these Plans?, is it stealing, Pickpocket, Murdering NPC's? , Killing monsters? or From Treasure chests and so on?

    oh ok do you know which one? because i went to some Achievement vendors and they only sell Furniture Not plans & they bind to your account when you buy the furniture. I'm basically looking for Gold "plans" not furniture so i can learn the plans, I know the ones at the Voucher Vendor but thats about it.

    Another thread here mentions something about pickpocketing nobles, but I haven't confirmed that from my own experience.

    I heard about that noble thing and pick pocketed one.... got a 100g tuft of hair.... if anyone knows a good place to find nobles to prey on, please do tell!

    The master writ vendor sells some gold design plans but I do not know if they are BoE or BoP.

    The Legendary furnishing plans are sold at the master writ vendor and they are NOT bound and have been sold at various trader stores.

    They pick pocketed a gold(legendary) blueprint, design, etc? Sorry just wanted to clarify.

    CGPsaint has made a wonderful guide showing in detail about getting the Gold Wood Elf, Breton, and the 3 Orc thrones. (Skooma design location is outdated) but I've gotten the Wood Elf and Orc throne stone in the last couple days easily from picpocketing nobles within 2 picks, Best of luck!!
