I have a lot of NPCs that I love, Darien, Stibbons, Razum-Dar etc. But there is only one I love to hate and that's Stuga the stalker from Wrothgar!!!!!!

I don't want to narrow it down to one.

I enjoy pretty much all of Kaleen's crew, especially Jakarn.
Darien also, of course.
Gabrielle deserves a mention.

The main quest NPCs are fun too. Lyris is the most likeable, of course, while Tharn is the funniest.

Razum-dar is another of the great roguish types.

Ayrenn may be my favorite of all; too bad she isn't around more. Emeric is consistently fun.

I can't even remember the name of my favorite EP NPC (the assassin woman).

I like the Thieves Guild folks as a group too. And yeah, Velsa is the best, as the rest are overcompensating a bit various kinds of insecurities.

There are so many NPCs that seem to have become like old friends. Some have already been mentioned in the posts above.

The two that constantly make me laugh are Cadwell and Abnur Tharn.

I love the 'stiff-upper-lip' and 'jolly-hockey-stick' attitude of Cadwell. Nothing seems to perplex him. Everything will come out right in the wash - even Molag Bal.

In contrast, Abnur Tharn's condesending and scathing remarks really cut to the bone but he does it with such irony aplomb and wit. The thing is, when one listens to what he does have to say, he is usually right.

King Camoran.

Pretty much all those cheeky male bosmer in the game. I caught a guard checking me out (rubbernecking) so I thought he wanted to be pickpocketed. He didn't actually but we had a laugh as I sprinted away.

Also Angier Stower is a good npc, poor lady got too much flak.

Verandis Ravenwatch - I thought his house and that whole story was interesting (which surprised me because I'm not really one for dark creepy vampire stuff). I also tend to get very attached to Altmer who don't perpetuate the arrogant snob stereotype because we don't need more of that

.

There are so many NPCs I adore in this game and would love to see more of though! Definitely going on an NPC hunt in Vvardenfell.

I favor both Cadwell and Uncle Sheo equally. Characters that just don't care that their behaviour might be a touch out of line and their outfits silly have a certain charm that is kinda hard to come by nowadays. It's the same reason the Joker from the Batman comics is one of my favorite comic book villains.

Verandis a good one. Rivenspire has probably the best regional quest line in the whole game, and he's the best and perhaps also most central character in it.

Whereas I utterly hate Sheogorath, and I don't mean that as a villain who I love to destroy, but rather as an annoyance I so dislike dealing with that I usually don't bother to pick up the skill points on my alt characters.

Elam Drals in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. His dry humor and the quips about targets he killed after you return to him with a completed kill contract are very entertaining, especially with the voice used that adds that matter-of-fact chill, good times.
