This seems like a complaints thread... about complaining...

It's the nature of gaming communities (or the world) these days, if there is frustration people want to blow of steam and as such come to a place they can do so.

I do kind of wish we could have one forums just for ranting and debating though, the "Oblivion" forums. I would be in there every day debating and posting trash.

Official gameforums have only one purpose....to let players blow off steam in a place the devs control,so they can minimize the damage.

Imagine all this bile spread over other nonoffial forums

Lol Hey look someone else attempting to generalize an entire generation of people. Want to know what is really funny? The generation that came before is the one that raised (is responsible for) the current generation of people.

So your one of those that complain about complainers? So it must have been the generation before that was handing out the participation trophies. After all we all came from somewhere and didn't just appear here.

People complained about teenagers during the Roman Empire. If they had Internet forums instead of actual Forums, I'm sure their general discussion area would be filled with complaints too.

What's a comlaint? And its not complaining by people wanting a participation trophy, its complaining by people who want a quality mmo, not this thing we have now.

No one really likes a ton of complaint threads but...

General ESO Discussion would include complaints just as much as it would include anything else discussing ESO.

Listen mate...if people dont complain about the bugs/lag/crap servers/endless downtimes etc etc etc etc etc...how will things get repaired or sorted?
If anything you should be applauding the complainers, how else would you be enjoying this game if not for them?

Less and less every week, WoW is really fun.

We complain & whine because Triple A Developers(Zenimax Media Inc. & it's subsidiaries) should be able to deliver quality. ESO in it's previous and current state fails time and time again to hit that quality bar that many other developers hit with each new installment.

If you're a hardcore MMO fan or diehard ESO fan, obviously you will jump to it's defense because your narrow perception of what is broken and what is fixed is based on preference as opposed to professionalism. The lack thereof, on ZoS end and experience as well.

A game in development for seven years should not have had as many bugs and be as broken as ESO was at launch.

A game that has been on the market for three years should not still be having issues and bugs that can possibly be gamebreaking(quest bugs, trial issues, UI issues)

This is based on FACT. Wake up and look around, most high budget games are fixed first patch and have little to no known issues after.

Less and less every week, WoW is really fun.

ME:A, WoW is a bit old atm.

It's definitely a bit dated but it has good PvP, hands down the best raiding game out there, and its stable. I played the end of Warlords of Draenor and the launch of Legion but left a couple months in because the artifact power grind gave me aids, but getting back into it recently has been pretty enjoyable.

WoW is horrible...if you dont have the best gear, you dont get into the raids which gives you more of the best gear....its raid mechanics are ridiculous (a: one character wipe shouldnt mean the rest of the group wipes b: no in battle ressurects c: The gear drop system isnt fair to the entire raid group - you can grind on a raid for hours upon hours and walk away with nothing)
