I'd imagine the vast majority of PvP players are vampires. Granted, coming from a primarily PvE player that's just my speculation.Make PC NA raiding great again!

He has been in almost every mmo I've played. He has a history. He started off a white boy and became drow. For him vampirism seems a bloated spider-like dementia indicative of Lolth cursed driders and reeks of submission. But not all my dark elves are opposed to submission to gain power. And I have one high elf that got sucked into the mayhem.1 -

✭Yes i have a vampireEveryone often says if you Pvp it's a no brainier etc. Yes 10% regen nice and undeath passive but at the cost of 25% increased fire damage, that's big.
Especially with a lot of new Mag dks that's it mainly. although Templar, skoria/grothdar and people with fire destro staff/ulti can also be in that category.
Dawn breaker hits hard too. There's pros and cons, with that said I have multiple vamps.

{Cindiana Jones} - Defected Templar. Very deadly in Battlegrounds. Likes to wander around Cyrodill.
