hi, i'm a new player in the game (level30) where can i find Aetherial Dust? is it even possible for me to find the dust? or only high levels can find it?

Articulemort✭✭✭You find Aetherial dust in any crafting node in any base game zone(the three faction zones). The drop rate is stupidly low, I haven't picked up one since that update dropped and I farm at least a few hours a week.
Any level can find them though.2 -

✭✭My friend and I play for 30-40 hours a week and have only ever found 2 each. We are sticklers for not leaving anything behind - we harvest and pick up everything we see in our travels.
Now if we could actually find the cipher so that we could use them.........Australian on PS4 NA server.
