Vampires have access to 3 vampire skills at all times AND access to class/weapon/armor/guild skills as normal with the only requirement being leveling the skill line to access said skills. Vampires have access to their passives (and drawbacks) at all times.

Werewolves have to dedicate an ultimate slot to access their 5 skills and no other skills. Also, they do not get access to any of the skill tree's passives unless that ultimate is activated and for the ultimate's duration only.

I'm all for people requesting more things and I personally don't see an issue with vampires getting more. My issue is comparing the lower amount of skills to werewolves as if werewolves are getting some kind of bargain.
