Edit: Hide Helmet Addon provides the same functionality, can also use Wykkyd Addon
Would you like to see an optional keybinding to toggle the hide helmet feature in gameplay settings without having to go through the UI?
Edit: I would also like to clarify that YES, there is an option to hide helmet in the settings. I am aware of that. What I am suggesting is an initially unbound keybinding (such as the toggle walk/run keybinding or hide UI keybinding) that shortcuts the settings screen toggle.

It isn't needed. It's an optional keybinding. much like the walk/run toggle keybinding, or the hide UI keybinding.
The intended use is indeed for rp purposes. much like how you're able to slot costumes in the quick slot wheel and able to swap in/out of them with a simple selection/press. This post is merely to trawl users for a response.Edited by Avran_Sylt on March 20, 2017 11:17PM0 -

No kidding smartass. But sometimes you just want to drop the hood without going through all the steps in the settings. A keybind makes it fast and doesn't break up the immersion. Character remove helmet then crafting but not eating for some surreal reason
