Charging my Visa Days before renew

So iv been playing about 3 months now and have noticed Eso is charging my Visa like 5 days before its up.. last month i had a problem where i was making changes to my Credit card had to take it off my subs list, i seen i had about 5 days so i turned AUTO RENEW OFF so i would not get a charge ... low and behold they still managed to charge a card that had been cut up bc it was paid.. but they did not charge the card, instead it locked me out on my SUBS page on Microsoft so i could not add my new card and pay for the month. so i spent an hour on the phone with xboxlive so i could get it fixed. anyone having problems like this ? im kinda wishing they offer a pay by month so they dont auto charge me or maybe i should have cancelled auto renew sooner ?

✭✭It's probably not taking the money. It's just putting the request for the charge so it goes through on the renew date.1
