Sound Cuts Out and then the Game Crashes

Dudsworth1
So like the title says, when playing the game, seemingly at random my sound will cut out completely and the game will crash. Then, to make matters worse my sound no longer works on my desktop once the game crashes in this fashion. I then have to fiddle with my sound settings and even restart my computer to get sound working again.
This is on a Lenovo y410p notebook with:

NVIDIA Geforce 755 M
Intel Core i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40 GHz
8.00 GB Ram
Windows 10

I will also note that I recently came back to the game a few days ago, and back when I played before I never used to experience these crashes. Any help is appreciated!

As a follow up, I also tried both a launcher repair and disabling all addons. Neither of these fixes worked.

I also just tried running the 32 bit client instead of the 64 bit client, and I still suffered from the same problem.

Edit: I just now learned how to edit posts on here, sorry for the multiple posts. I just tried rolling back my graphics card driver and I still get the same crashing.

This is still an issue I'm afraid. I will submit a ticket now as well.

I have not been able to play ESO for almost 2 months now. I have been trying to log in every day and still cannot even get to the opening screen. I have tried to login on a friend's computer and it works. I can login just fine which means it probably has something to do with my computer and the server connecting correctly. It keeps saying that ESO has unexpectedly stopped. I've uninstalled, reinstalled. I've tried repairing. I've dumped my add-ons. I have updated my drivers/Windows updates, etc. Firewall, anti-virus, and other things alike checked and rechecked, done and redone, over and over again. Nothing.

    Here's exactly what happens:
I click on the ESO icon on task bar.
    Launcher client opens fine.
I am receiving all ESO updates.
The game updates just fine all the way to 100%.
    I click the "Play" button.
    Screen starts to load.
    Full screen is black.
    ESO login music begins playing.
Full screen is still completely black, blinks a few times... then it flickers.
Then small window immediately pops up. "We're sorry. ESO has unexpectedly crashed."
    Exit the window.
    Back to desktop/ESO client launcher.
    Rinse and repeat. Same thing.
    Cannot progress any further.

Please help or post if you have similar situation or any viable solutions. Thank you.

I get the "We're sorry. ESO has unexpectedly crashed.", but it will happen almost at random for me while I am in the game. It can happen literally anytime, when I'm safely in a city, when I'm fighting a boss, mobs, etc.... I come back when in the not safe zones only to find that the easy to kill mobs killed me since the game crashed. And then I might play a little bit only to experience another crash. Please fix this problem, the game is unplayable as it currently stands.

Well, support has decided they don't want to help me as I am playing on a laptop. Their response is as follows:

"After reviewing your report attachment, the NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M doesn't meet the ESO requirements

Since mobile graphics cards do not meet ESO's system requirements there is limited troubleshooting we can offer."

And then they go on to describe generic steps for making sure the proper card is selected... My computer can run the game with 60 fps no problem, so obviously this isn't the case. Since official support won't help me, does anyone else have any ideas?

I've had issues because I had a sound module via screen, and seperate from the audio sound via my motherboard.
Since the issues I've disabled the Extra sound which was going via the monitor boxes. Don't know if you use a large extended screen on your laptop with such a setup?

Yeah I am just using the monitor built into the laptop for my setup, so I don't think this is my issue. Thanks for posting though!
