You know there are castles for fighting don't camp the towns, because you know low levels are questing there.

✭✭If you're in Cryodiil, expect to be killed by another player at anytime. Towns, dungeons, riding in the open, etc. Name the place and expect someone to try and kill you. I'm mainly a PvEer and even I know that Cryodiil is the place for killing other players. (At least until Battlegrounds come out.)

Also, with town flips (like in Bruma) they are absolutely a PVP zone. Controlling Bruma allows for easy access to 3 keeps and an outpost. Also, I can flip it by myself which makes it one of the top things that a solo player can do to help their faction.5 -

Pacificism and unofficial truces radiate outwards until you can only PvP at certain times, and in certain places, or face being ostracized by the community. It's happened before in other games.

PVP is broken why do I care what happens on the map. But I'm also a Templar main so it's obvious to see what classes are clearly op when I go against them. Eye of flame and wrecking blow is a start when you turn in quest and that's what kills you. I don't run those two attacks because I'm not a scrub that needs a job that why. 0

I would try to show mercy to PVErs in IC when it was new. I was never rewarded for it.
