NA PS4 - Bandofthehawk (my guild) just hired Shornhelm Outlaw's refuge, as we have for several weeks now. The money has been taken from our guild bank, but the trader itself is showing vacant - and others are claiming they've HIRED the vacant trader. What the hell, Zenimax??????

Proof we hired this trader fair and square... but this is what EVERYONE sees now when they go to this trader... Therefore you have screwed 500 people in my guild all at once... great job, Zenimax... GREAT JOB!!

✭From what I've read on social media forums - it appears that OTHER players can glitch out traders ... they are doing it to target certain guilds? I'm not sure about that... but it is definitely a thing.0 -

✭Nope. No guild at that trader. Still glitched out. We paid for a FULL week of a trader too - so we should MINIMUM expect a refund to our guild, and our guildies paid listing fees - which should also pro-rate back to them. They paid for a FULL 30-day listing... not 3 weeks worth.1 -

Actually it must have JUST changed to us... but still, we missed the big trader time - Guilds do most their business in the first 2 hours after trader flip. We didn't get that. So we really didn't get what we paid for.0 -
Articulemort✭✭✭You should still be able to make your guild some decent money this weekend, I make all my gold between Friday and Sunday so hopefully your guild still does decent.
However this bug needs to be addressed, it's been in the game a while now. @ZOS_GinaBruno , are y'all aware of this? It's negatively impacting trading guilds.1 -

✭And all I get from Customer service is a parrot response about how guild traders change at 20:00 on Sundays (EST)... but how many different ways do I have to tell them that our trader didn't flip until 11:00am on MONDAY (EST)?????
Do they just hire robots there that don't actually understand enough english to know their days of the week??0
