After the patch when I loaded the game I got a "Privacy" statement.
Something about my information can be read and that I agree to getting emails. I didnt really want to agree to this, but I guess I have to.

Can someone give me the condensed TLDR version of what I just agreed to?

    There wasn't much that you haven't agreed to before.

    You have agreed to before:

    Zenimax can process any information about you internally. This allows them to track what DLCs you own, offer you cash shop purchases, mail you offers and to transfer your purchase history if they ever merge with another company.

    What you agreed to now:
    Zenimax can pass to and gain from third party partners. This means you might get Morrowind ads on other websites(if you have not purchased it yet) and that we might soon get options like logging into the game using our facebook/gmail accounts.

    What you need to know is anything and everything done on the internet is not private and really never has been since i guess maybe some early DARPANET days. No organization's privacy policies change that in any significant way..
