I haven't watched the video, but on my blazplar with leeching and plague doctor I can stand in anything, including vampire-zergs and destro ults and my health doesn't even tremble. Can't kill anyone, but they do a nice job of killing themselves on my shield and/ or setting themselves up for a nice Jesus beam.
This is just clever use of sets, not brokenness. There has to be some counter to zerg swarms and dps stacking.
Not sure, but (if you mean the person playing a DK in the video) I would guess 2 heal over time effects (Resolving Vigor + Rally) + 25% increased healing done (Igneous Shield) and 12% increased healing received (Burning Heart Draconic Power passive while Hardened Armor or Green Dragon Blood is active) + 2 damage shields (Igneous Shield + Hardened Armor) + increased Armor and Spell Resistance (Major Resolve and Ward from Hardened Armor) + 15% dodge chance from Shuffle and probably wearing mostly heavy with Impenetrable.Kidz_BeAstx wrote: »Can someone please explain to me why this dudes health bar is remaining at 100% the entire video? This setup is all about sapping the enemies resources, not damage. This is what I use in PvP, but requires you to be in a group.

On the other side of the coin there needs to be good counters against your build as well.
One person should not be able to stand up to 10 other players for very long.
It wad good small scale fighting.
The dragon knight, templar and sorc all played to their strengths and kept the in favor of them being on the offensive.
Organised small scale looks viable now
