Some one please help!

i dont really know where to post this so im going to post it here. im sorry if this is the wrong place. i have been trying to log into the game after a few moths off and i keep getting a message that says my device isnt authorized to log into the game. it send me a code to my old email account that i dont have access to anymore. i went to go change to my new email but i dont remember what my secret question was to do so which is leaving me in a bad spot. i know what the answer to it should be but it doesnt seem to work. can anyone help me resolve this issue? i really dont want to make a new account and buy the game again. i called zenimax and didnt recive any help, i just got sent to an automated thing telling me to use the support website and i can find help on that either. any useful info would be appreciated. i would really like to get back into this game>

It's doubtful that the forums can help you with a problem such as this. I would submit a ticket if I were you.

how would i go about doing that? i have never had to submit a ticket before and i dont know where the option is to do that.

If you are unable to log into ESO and don't have access to your game account's e-mail address, you can contact Customer Support for help by following the process below:

Visit the account recovery page.
Click the Suspended / Compromised option.
Fill out the form to the best of your ability. If you are currently using a different e-mail than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please enter that in the Your Email Address form.
In the Describe Your Problem in Detail box, please include the e-mail address that is associated with your ESO game account.
When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit a Question box.

When contacting support, please have your account information ready for verification. The Elder Scrolls Online Customer Support Team will never ask you for your ESO game account password.

i have tried both of those and i cant get either one of them to work. when i go to fill out the fourm that lordrichter provided it tells me that i have to use my secret question answer to prove that its me which brings me back to my first problem of not remembering what the answer is. when i go to sign into the support site with the link that dudsworth1 provided it tell me that i need to enter a code and that brings me back to my other problem of not having access to my email account associated whit my eso account. i dont understand why i can log on in this and continue to buy stuff and not be able to log in to get support. i just simply dont know what to do at this point and i fell like i might be screwed out of being able to ever play this again.

The reason that you can log into the forums is because your ingame account and forum account are technically different. For some reason Zenimax made it so that your forum account and ingame account aren't the exact same account. People need invitations to be able to post on here, which you must own the game to get.
