Woodelf Throne a useless buy

I bought a few Woodelf Thrones today for in my Cave: they are beautifull and I would want to arrange them into a meeting circle. Well: they are unsittable, in no way can they be used to sit on. So I wasted my 1000 crown each for thrones that can only be used as decoration only. A big dissappointment...

It might just be that your character is short. I have the achievement throne and my characters can only sit on it if it's placed in a finicky way (I can't figure out what disables it) and the short ones, when they dethrone, get stuck inside the base of the item and have to jump out to move.1 -

Joking aside, I'm sorry to hear that they don't have the functionality that you wished, and it's good that you've brought this to forum attention, (so that ZOS can look into it if something is amiss). Even so, at least for me, housing in this game holds more aesthetic value than functionality, because I spend little-to-no time whatsoever in my cosy, personalised little room in the Mara's Kiss Public House; I doubt that this would change if I had one of those bigger, snazzier buildings. Just try not to focus on it too much, because, if nothing else, they hold lovely visual value, and there are ways around it, (even if they are somewhat ridiculous). If nothing else, you could transform this particular arrangement into something of a museum - a sort-of, "Do Not Touch", exhibit...

paulsgruff✭✭✭I just placed a stool in mine, if you get it just right the 'sit' option is there from a long way away and it will practically suck you in, spin you around and sit you facing outwards every time. It is a little naughty that this pretty basic functionality for a throne isn't there though, it's not unreasonable to assume that it would be able to be sat in just because all of the other thrones can be, this caught me out when I bought it too.

It's labeled as a "throne" and sold in the same subsection as all the other "thrones." Anyone could make the mistake of assuming it possesses the same functionality as the other thrones.
But it doesn't and that is misleading.5 -

Then i happened to find a guild mate that also had one, same issue so i knew it wasnt just mine. I have the same problem with getting stuck, because I made my Woodelf as short as she can get. I usually either press A on my Xbox controller to sit again, and sometimes it lets me walk right off. When it doesn't work I jump out.Edited by WinterBelle08 on March 19, 2017 8:28PM0
