Dungeon Que/Group Finder Bug - NEEDS FIXING NOW! - ESO Moderators, please read

Will someone fix the dungeon group finder bug system?! This is unbelievably stupid on how bad this system is screwed up. I was just qued up for the start of the day today with a guildy, new group and everything. We qued up for a random normal dungeon and we got a group forming withing 10 mins of que. But instead of grouping us up, it completely disbanded the group and put me and my guildy into our own ques when we wanted to que together. FIX THE FREAKIN BUGS ALREADY!!!! This is infuriating. We are paying customers and WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE!!! We've posted so many threads now in the bug forums but we don't see any responses from ZENIMAX from the moderators or anything. NO ONE is giving any attention to the lack of customer service.

AlexDresden87✭✭✭With these bugs that we have to deal with the following:
1) Can't get the credit for the random que.
2) Repeated "Removal from instance" on a newly formed dungeon where everyone is already in the same instance.
3) The dungeon finder puts a progress completed notice when group is formed.
4) Sometimes does not port group into instance what so ever.
5) disbands the group before it has a chance to que and ques everyone up individual.
And several others already listed in the Bug Forums.
What I don't see is any notice, update, or announcement that there will be a fix soon. Or let along an acknowledgment thread updated with all the latest bugs, so that we the customers know that you guys are keep track and that you will be focusing fixes for those bugs. But MOST importantly, a DEADLINE when these bugs will be fixed. Not the deadline when Morrowind is released, the deadline we are expecting as paid customers is in like a week or 2. Not months.0 -
raglau✭✭✭✭✭It's all platforms, totally broken since Homestead.
Wont' replace people mid-dungeon who leave, even DD's who ought to be found in seconds. Disbands groups, ports groups out, sometimes gives a one hour cooldown, it's completely broken.0 -
GawdSB✭✭✭✭✭Group finder is absolutely horrible. I've got into one dungeon today, the rest were like the following:
Queue
We all group
And nothing else happens...
We're literally just sitting in a random group and not taken to the dungeon. Then everyone just leaves after you travel to the dungeon manually. What a mess.2 -
karma69✭✭✭It just makes their development team look like a complete joke. I mean seriously, do the ZOS team even do any functional testing? If you were to have done some testing you would have easily caught this issue before shoving this broken pile of <insert swear word here> that doesn't work down our throats.
Another question I have is, if it's this broken, why not revert back to the working version?1 -

Kneighbors✭✭✭✭✭I like the way feedback has changed. I was between the first who rang the alarm after Homestead about totally broken GF. I saw many replies like "I tried yesterday and it worked ok".
I rarely play game right now due to broken GF and lack of end game content. I believe there will be more and more new players coming and grown up players leaving, and finally everybody will forget the way group finder was working before Homestead. It wasn't perfect but comparing it current version is like comparing Fiat and Ferrari.1 -

I agree with your comment about this, there wasn't any issue with the actual system then. The only thing that was wrong with it was just the basic cosmetic stuff like a filter to keep those who are afk in que from queing. @AlexDresden87 The previous version was in perfect working order. The addition with this broken group finder is that it's meant to port you directly into the dungeon so that you can't leave the group if you get a dungeon you don't like. But so what? I think all the community would rather have a working version than a broken version that not only doesn't fulfill what you intended to do but also breaks previous objectives of such a system.
It's pretty embarraasing to see something so crucial and broken to a game of this magnitude.1 -

✭It is slightly worse now than before homestead, atleast on xbox. Not sure if other platforms were experiencing bugs before homestead or not.
There was a bug where when the group finder found a group it would automatically disband the group immediately and give everyone a 15 minute timer. This happened fairly often before homestead.
I wish they would fix the bugs but I have actually found these bugs now easier to deal with. Really the only bug I am ever experiencing now is the group not being ported to the dungeon. Most of the time when this happens I just port there myself and tell others to port to me.0 -

✭✭✭I've had the new GF pair up like 6-8 players to a 4 person dungeon, its pretty dumb lol1
