If I buy new hair can I apply it to my existing character?

Hi everyone. Its probably a silly question but I just want to be sure before I shell out the crowns. I just don't want to buy a hair pack for 1000 and find they're added to the character creator and I can't use them with my current one. I checked in the Collections section under Appearance and there is no entry there for hair.

    They are indeed added to collections once you purchase them and you can equip it like a costume across all your characters that can equip it. Eg no hair for Argonians and no horns for humans

    Yep. It gets added to you collections. Can change hair style on current character

    Just know that if you wear a disguise you will return to your vanilla appearance (also curse vampire's bad skin condition)
