Housing - Lights - Day/Night Cycle Toggle

This would introduce a new command able to be performed on light objects. You would be able to change this toggle by hitting 'x' for example. toggling it with 'e' resets the Day/Night Toggle to the off state.
The Day/Night Toggle would turn on the light after a predetermined time(in the code), and turn them off at another predetermined time.
I should clarify that this is not switching between day/night. But rather a setting for lights that auto turns them on/off depending on the day/night cycle.
