Gets kicked out when queing with a friend

Hey, don't know if this is the right section to post but I figured some experienced players in here might have an ide.
I played a bit on release, but quit around LVL 20 on a couple of toons for reasons I don't really remember. Just got back to the game with a buddy and we both love it!
But we tried to que for random dungeon last night, me as lvl 34 tank, and he is around 24 and dps. When I que up by myself I get insta dungeon and all works fine. But when we que together we are in que for a while, group forms and we get teleport to dungeon.
Then, just as we get teleport in, we both get the message we will be teleported out and we are kicked from the group and gets a que penalty.
We tried with both him and me as group leader.
Happened a number of times yesterday.
I've googled and searched around a bit but didn't find anything useful.

Trihugger✭✭✭I have the same problem when I queue with a buddy. If we random, only the leader gets the experience bonus as well.
To list the problems:
1) Port in, group auto disbands, 15 minute FU from ZoS for your load screens.
2) Port in, "not your instance," punts your ass out and you manually zone back in. Sometimes takes away random bonus.
3) Group forms, don't port in, activity is already complete. Obviously no random bonus to be had here so group usually dies.
4) Group forms, somehow without a dude, so you choose to 3 man it or leave because the PF can't figure out how to add replacements to save its life right now.
5) I'm sure there's lots more but you get the point. The PF is a giant piece of crap right now and has been since this TERRIBLE housing patch. Seriously the worst patch to date.0
