Cuz vma staff be trash and.
1. Never worked prior to homestead except for full heavies.
2. Currently atm only 1 person per group gets the benefit from it.
3. Current meta be 5x moon and 5x bsw and grothdarr.
Ok, but my question was not answered.
If I already have 5 BSW set pieces - chest, waist, legs, feet, gloves - best slots for bsw gear, why I need BSW staff? I might as well use random staff, because I already have 5pcs set bonus from armor slots, right?
No because the Moondancer 5th piece is extremely strong. Really only for temps and Dks. Start of Moondancer back bars drop dots amd pick up synergy and then go nuts on bsw bar. It's the only way to run both and a monster set.
I would only suggest that on a templar. That way you can front bar swords and have both buffs (BSW and Moondancer) active on your front bar. People will disagree with me, and I realize that on paper its very strong, but the idea of trying to pop synergies that are both buggy and RNG based in terms of the buff in the 2 seconds of your rotation that you are on your back bar is a nightmare. I have tried. I couldnt get rid of the set fast enough.1 -

I cant get a BSW neck.
After 50 coh, solo or group I have like 8 BSW rings, but saw only 2 necks dropping and only one beeing BSW.
Is that NORMAL ?!
Been looking for the neck for weeks. It won't drop. Infact I haven't seen a single neck drop at all of any kind.The Duke

I want a sharpened inferno as well. Also want a sharpened 2h sword for a funky pelinals DK PVP build Im working on. Spellweave has the highest raw damage with the most uptime of any set in game. Ravager is the same but has 8% chance to proc opposed to a 4 second cooldown and constant uptime with all the dots of a mag DK.
