Is Song of the Night coming back any time soon?

I recently came back to ESO after taking a large break, and I wanted to style my char. My char's look is a big issue for me so I looked for a site that's listing all of ESO fashion. There I found this amazing looking item, Song of the Night. But it's saying it's available in the crown store, and it's not. After looking a bit deeper into it, I found that Song of the Night was discontinued after 2 (!) months to "make room" for other items?!? I have no idea how that even make sense. Anyway, please bring it back, I'm really looking forward to being able to get it. tnx.

Surragard✭✭✭✭There have been items that have come back into rotation as well. There's no real rhyme or reason to it though so its hard to predict.I don't always drink Skooma, but when I do I go to the Southwall Corner Club. May you walk on warm sands my friends.5
