not suppposed to be viable only with warden though
Does it really matter what stat you use. The cry for stam or mag from people playing this game is really laughable.

This isn't about magicka vs stamina. Just because magicka can do dps/heal/tank doesn't mean stamina should. The whole point of stamina is to have a build that focuses on mauling people with melee weapons. If you don't want to go on a rampage holding a big arse axe then spec magicka and utilise magic to cause harm and heal etc instead.
They leaked the stamina healer skill line recently. Here's some of the ability descriptions:
-snip for brevity-
Doesn't make much sense tbh.........bandages?

Templar, sorc and to some extend also nbs can heal most vet dungeons with dw+destro and healing on a stamplar with vigor + rependance + extended ritual can be fun aswell.

I just don't like the sound of it. At all.

Splash potions of healing that don't count towards your individual potion (as they are not consumed, simply topically applied).
Just one example off the cuff!DisgracefulMind wrote: »Ew, no. Keeping allies alive with a physical based damage-stat pool? |:

Yeah, it's right up there with a wooden, slender staff being easier to block with than a greatsword, but when you put it in context, things sound so much better

But every single one of them can choose from a staff, a staff, a staff, or hey, a staff! as a weapon choice.
I know currently there is no viable stamina-based healer option. But since we're getting a new class with Morrowind, please consider dedicating one of its lines to STAMINA-based healing so that this is a viable option. We can use either for tanking, and either for DPS ... please don't keep pigeon-holing healers into using staffs.
I'm thinking making the "Green Balance" line much like Templars' Restoring Light, but one that would not need to turn to resto staff to fill in gaps. A solid HoT, a healing springs-ish equivalent, a panic button heal, all as class skills. And then maybe some shielding from the ice line we know is coming.
Thoughts?
