Quest NPC's disapear constantly.

Good day to you all. I have this freaking annoying issue... for example, I complete quest killing hard-ass boss afterwards I should speak with NPC to complete quest and get reward, but this is where it gets weird, I see the quest marker I dance arround it but "speak to (NPC name)" cannot be completed, I must restart the game or travel to closest wayshrine n ride da horse few min so that I could speak with quest NPC... PLEASE fix this. It is realy frustrating
