✭✭✭✭✭What are you looking for in "best" if you mean best by role (DD/Heal/Tank) there are various websites out with builds listed like Tamriel Foundry and Alcast just started AlcastHQ website with some guides.
If you're looking for best in more generic interesting concepts then I don't really know right now, there are a few I am playing with but they're not very efficient for anything but having some fun.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
