Four of my guildmates and I can't use any chat outside of guild and can't access guild traders. Someone suggested it was a Communications ban but that seems pretty silly because two of us haven't been on in a week and even then we never talk to anyone else in order to get reported justifiably.

I guess my question is why wasn't I notified if this is a ban? Also, after being told so many times to just put a troll or harasser on ignore, why was I given a ban? Has anyone experienced this?
