Guards and Being arrested

There is a bug where when you have a bounty and a guard comes to arrest you, while a small wall, rock or anything they can simply walk around, it places you within the conversation menu and they guard just starts to attack you while you are still in the menu, you can not escape the meny or anything at all... you are stuck while the guard just destroys you. i tried ALT F4 but i come back and im dead.

Very stressfull when i spend like 30 to 40 mins stealing of npcs to be stopped by a basic AI and UI bug. please fix....

This is very frustrating. You can't do anything, and they kill you and take all your stuff.

I'm still stuck in place even after rezzing.
