Seriously getting tired of this, almost EVERY time I log in I get told I am on a new IP when I am not. The biggest thing that triggers this I have noticed is ANY overclocking, seriously Zenimax your system can't figure out the difference between an OC and a new IP address? I know GW2 uses a similar system, but I am only hit with this message when am on the road with my laptop or using a hotspot, and even then it's smart enough to have a remember this location or device option.

The message "new IP address" is totally misleading.

I (like most DSL or other "dialup" users) get a new IP every day, but I do not get such a notice every day.

On the other hand, if I change some hardware related specs of my PC, or reconfigure my router, I get the notice right away, even if my IP did not change.
    Kind regards,
    Frank
