PS4/Console dropping paintings from treasure maps?

Does anyone know if this bug has been fixed yet for consoles (specifically PS4)? I know they fixed it for PC, but I'm having a lot of treasure maps piling up and wasn't sure if they fixed the bug that would allow purple paintings to drop from treasure maps yet.

    Ive only had painting drop from regular chests none from treasure maps.
