I'm trying to log into your support page but it keeps saying that it doesn't recognize the browser/device, yet I've always logged on from the same computer on the same internet for over a year. Now its saying that it sent a email with a validation code of some kind but I have not received it, nor does it allow to manually send a new one. Fix your support system please

    Tried 3 times now with at least an hour apart to gain access to the support section of this webpage, it claims that its sending an access code to my email but I have not received it. Have I check my spam folder? The answer is Yes. Have I refreshed my email browser? Answer again is Yes. Fix your support system please, so that I can view the status of my tickets.
