Is there a way to submit a trouble ticket from the web site? If not there should be because what happens if we can't even stay logged in long enough or can't get in at all. Which is happening right now. This is getting really old, really fast. I have tried to be patient but this is out of hand.

Click "Web Assist" on the right hand side and you'll be able to log in and create support tickets. Hopefully it helps you out.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver
