Xbox NA unable to login

I got to the character select screen, chose a character, then was promptly kicked to the main menu saying "unable to login make sure you have a valid internet connection".
Reloaded the game, chose a character and a few seconds into the load screen I was kicked again saying the same message.
The 3rd try my Xbox attempted to sync my save data at the main menu but failed.
I loaded up the Battlefield multiplayer with no issue so this problem isn't on my end. @ZOS_GinaBruno
Please fix this as I'm off today and was looking to play ESO

✭✭✭✭✭Keep trying to log in....that bug or error has existed for over 180 days. Also try doing a hard reset on your Xbox one by holding the power logo on the Xbox console (not the controller) until it turns off-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
