There shouldnt be loading screens upon ressing at a keep or location that doesn't even have players to render, like are we serious now....?

I've had the same happen, and I'm beginning to see a pattern where if my group dies and I decide to go turn in a quest, more often than not these days...I get a load screen heading to our gates. I mean wtf, now I can't even turn in quests =/"The fear of Death, is often worse than death itself"0 -
Dreyloch✭✭✭✭✭I also wanted to ask why there are load screens to begin with. We're all in the same zone. Going from one point to another.
The checks I think are happening are:
A) are you going to a keep or forward camp nearby.
B does said Keep have at least one resource
C) is your destination Keep under 50% integrity
That's it. That's all the server should have to contend with. It should have the power to make these checks within milliseconds for every...single...player..in Cyrodiil. So imo, it currently can't do this or the code isn't optimized to do so.
