Strange voice chat bug as of 08/03/17

I am experiencing a really strange bug with in game voice chat.

For about 30 secs after logging in (or resetting controller) Guild/Group/Area chat works fine then all of a sudden the game no longer recognizes that there is a head set plugged into the controller.

I have done the following to try and diagnose/resolve the problem:
  • Deleted game data
  • Cache flush restart
  • Multiple controllers (Microsoft Original & Elite)
  • Multiple headsets (xbox & turtle beach)
  • With and without chat pad
  • Checked controller firmware is upto date
  • Bug occurs on both EU & NA servers
  • Xbox party chat is working fine
  • In game mail and whisper
  • Reset broadband router
  • Connected via another router


Any one got any other ideas?
