Structured Entropy on both bars?

Playing with double slotted SE i start thinking, that it's kinda unnecessary. The major downside of single-bar SE is when you toggle a full health bar with +8% HP, health will be lowered by 8% respectively. And that little +2% from Magica Controller will gone too. Other bonuses seems "toggle-independent". So is there anything important to use Structured Entropy on both bars?

✭For PvE only use it on your healing bar so you can have more health while you heal.
For PvP Degeneration is ten times better but not for Magplar because they can't weave so use it only on your healing bar.K1 The Big Monkey0
