Master Angler and Grand Overlord take time investment and not skill so I never would say they're "difficult" just grindy.

Its not just a matter of time/practice/luck (although you need those too), you also have to beat EVERY SINGLE OTHER pvper in your faction in terms of AP gains. And then beat the other factions in terms of taking keeps while you're at the top..

✭EmperorPerhaps I'm a bit biased, but I would have to say Emp unless you've got a lot of people backing you. The server I did it on isn't around anymore, but when it was, it was pretty inactive for everyone other than AD at the time. (Dec 2015) (Axe of Belharza)
It took my rag-tag band of crazy people 2 nearly-sleepless days to seize emp for my sorc. I still kind of wonder if we just wore down the standing AD emp and he said screw it. Regardless, it was probably the most fun and exciting thing I've ever done in a game. took lots and lots of screenshots/videos. SotP got a lot of flack but those glorious sons of b's busted their asses to help me out when nobody else would.
The AD emp was a cool dude though. Got banned for reasons I won't state here so as to not anger the mods. Also met some awesome people in the process like @Lord_Hev
