Potent Nirn: Needs Adjustment?

Either I have very very bad luck or potent nirn has a very very low drop rate. It's so rare for me, I would expect it to be worth far more than what it typically sells for - about 10K, or on the same order as gold tempers, which I get about 2 a day from various sources. So, if it's really not that useful (since it got nerfed), then shouldn't the drop rate be adjusted up some? Or, maybe it should be de-nerfed a bit to make it worthwhile? (I do 6 dailies in craglorn collecting all nodes I come across, and have found 3 potent nirn in the past 3 months)

    It's all RNG I have gotten about 10 of them in the last few days I sell them cheap as well for how many I get just because my RNG in this game has been pretty good other then it took me a year to get a maelstrom inferno staff but once I got it I got 2 more back to back like really wtf

    Nirnhoned is also much much weaker then sharpened.

    They could change this by adding some spell/armor penetration. Doesn't have to be as large as sharpened, maybe half that would be enough to make it the bis trait for dd again.

    Yeah, at this point they just need to buff nirn to make it more useful and sought after then it is now. Most people just buy them for learning the trait.

    Make Nirnhoned great again!!

    They could add a reduce cost of Magicka skills with Staves and Stamina skills with Stam Weapons to it, considering it looks like they're taking that out of the CP tree, that'll make it more appealing.
