Less exp in a group

Why am i getting less exp in a group. i thought thier was a bonus the bigger the group the less i get. trying to lvl up to 50 at the dreugh farm in a group im lvling slowly in an 8 man group man group .

✭✭✭✭✭There is a bonus, but it's a max per mob bonus, not an individual XP bonus (for groups greater than 2).
For 2 people you actually get more XP per mob individually, I think. For 3 and up, Total XP goes up a bit, but it's divided by the number of players in the group.
So a big group needs to kill things very efficiently for it to be worth it.The Moot Councillor1
