Questions on gear setup for new CP 160, Magicka Sorc

Hey guys, i am a returning player but there are new sets in the game now. I just hit 160 a couple days ago so dont have much 160 gear now except these plus willpower but i would lose a set piece using only willpower until i get the VMA staff if i ever get that lucky lol. This is the best setup i think i can put together but dont know which is better for PVE. I did luck into Llambris helm and shoulders divine already. Which leaves my 9 slots left. Should i go 4 Spinners and 5 Julianos or vice versa, 5 Julianos and 4 Spinners?

Also since my CP is still low, i have to run sustain glyphs on my jewelry until i get more CP. Is cost reduction better then regen on my jewelry? Thanks for the help.

Easy to get: 2 Ilambris, 5 Julianos, 3 Willpower, random sharp staffs

If you run pets (which you should, imo): 5 Necropotence instead of Julianos

Currently considered best in slot: 2 Ilambris, 5 Burning Spell Weave, 4 Moondancer

3 willpower is very strong, stronger than most 4 pieces.

I'd still say go with spell power glyphs. Stuff dieing faster means less casts.

Thanks man, yeah I just needed something to get me started before farming bis gear. Atleast I already have the monster set which is lucky at my level.
