Warden Character Slots

I'm having a problem. I have two more slots available for purchase, and I wanted to make one of them a magicka DK. That only leaves one slot for a warden when they're released, and I'd at least like to make a mag and a stam version. Is ZOS going to add more purchasable slots when they drop Morrowind?
