First time vma

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone can help me with some tips to setup my first vma attempt.

I have not tried it before but I am interested in getting he achievement and the rewards

First things first, I am a Khajit stam dk so I would prefer a stam dk build but I have tried mag dk so I am sort of comfortable with the magicka.

Next, I was wondering what armor to use, I saw nmg was a good one to use but I cannot craft that set yet.

Then, I was wondering what weapons and skills to use, right now, I'm going with dual wield and bow. DW: whirlwind, twin slashes, venomous claw, rearming trap, rigor Bow: poison arrow, volley, igneous shield, notorious breath.

Lastly, I was wondering if anyone can just give me a few tips on where to put my cp into, and any basic tips for vma.

Hey mate,

Do the below

STAM DK - Kahjit it's ok but I'd swap to red guard.

Armour - NMG (reason)
You don't have to continuously apply breath as the 2.5k pen + weapon pen is generally enough for first timers and people learning it's the smarter way, then you can go TBS with applying major fracture to get the most out of your DPS rotations.

NMG is cheap to craft with most people offering next to nothing for it, as it's 6 trait so you should be able to find someone to help.

Skills:

Blood Thirst / Claw / breath / rearming / vigor / rend
poison / endless / harden armour / wings / caltrops / (ulti by choice)

CP allocation is this:

100 mighty / rest split evenly between elfborn and therm (blue tree)

70 elemental defender / 85 hardy / rest into thick skin ( red tree )

100 cost reduction / 100 regen stam ( green tree ) maybe 10-15 points in tanacity if you decide on keeping kahjit

As far as walkthroughts and guides, use mine it's extremely detailed (if I say so myself) - in signature.
