@OmniDo By a chance, would you happen to know of a way to greatly increase lighting inside of a home? I mean sure placing candles about can help, as well as chandeliers. But, I'm noticing there's still plenty of areas of darkness. Where as I'd like things to be more well lit. What can I do to really brighten up my home?
The lighting systems in the game are variable but finite.@OmniDo By a chance, would you happen to know of a way to greatly increase lighting inside of a home? Select your light source or object, then toggle surface dragging off.@Kesstryl You can place candles inside of walls!? How!?

try placing some hidden candles in walls and ceilings, this increases light overall.

LOL, use half an hour trying to place books, then go outside and see how much you dps on the training dummy increases.Manually. Painfully.
Also, how does a person go about placing paintings so that they sit flush with the wall. Rather than sticking out from it, and appearing to levitate with no support anywhere.
Yeah, thats another reason why you have to turn surface dragging off and manually "nudge" them slightly above the floor until the clipped stone disappears.Carpets are worse, cuz I just discovered that the floor upstairs in Mournoth Keep is unevenSo it's either floating carpets or pieces of the floor sticking thru it

Oblivion and Skyrim were a PITA too. Play around with it. You'll get it.
Skyrim was way worse as objects was lifted from some sort of center of gravity, not from the point you grabbed.Oblivion and Skyrim were a PITA too. Play around with it. You'll get it.
Select your light source or object, then toggle surface tragging off.@Kesstryl You can place candles inside of walls!? How!?
Then just aim your object, or right-click on the floor to align it to you, then scroll your mouse wheel or just move in the direction you want.
With surface dragging off, the object(s) will clip right through walls and other objects.
Be careful though, once inside a wall, the only way to retrieve the object is with the retrieve function.
