Group Finder Random Dungeon XP Reward

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the XP reward for the random dungeons. If I start a group of say, myself & two friends and queue us for the random not everyone receives the XP reward. As group leader I get the reward, however my two friends do not. I don't recall this being an issue before Homestead and was wondering if this is working as intended, or if something is wrong. Any insight would be appreciated as we run a number of randoms on our lower level characters for the daily XP rewards. Thanks.
