Expanded Music Settings?

Would love to see some options for the in-game music. Namely two things:

1. The ability to mute /lute, /flute, and /drum emotes from other players. Nothing is more annoying than listening to the wonderful soundtrack in the game and suddenly having some derp-head go into a lute solo that immediately interrupts the game music. Being able to just turn that off client-side would be wonderful, especially for RPers.

2. The ability to disable combat music. I can't be the only one who actually finds the combat music annoying while questing, interrupting the soundtrack every 10 seconds only to die down 5 seconds later when the mobs die. Then just as the soundtrack picks up again... another group of mobs and it's interrupted again for two drum beats before the combat ends. Please, just let us listen to the one track without flipping between the two. If anything, this is the one I want most.

I'm certain there are other options that could be put in that others might think of, but wondering if I'm the only one who'd like to see this sort of thing. ESO has such a wonderful soundtrack, but it's kind of marred by random derps with emotes and constant interruptions from combat music every 10 seconds. Just let me enjoy the soundtrack in-game!

    You can already mute all music. Only thing that I see needing a change is the current ability to mute the npcs singing red damn diamond over and over and oveeeer... Or the khajit in Rawlka who sentences one of the other npcs all day.. era day.. The option to remove those types of sounds is by choosing to mute sound effects. Doing that mutes all the game sounds pretty much.

    Why is it not apart of the mute music option?

    Did you read the OP? That doesn't do anything to help in either case.

    I don't want to mute music, I want to mute specific incidents of music - those being the /lute, /flute, and /drum emote sounds which cause the normal game soundtrack to shut off as well as the combat music that also interrupts the regular game soundtrack. I do not want to mute the game music. On the contrary, I want to enjoy the game music even more by NOT having it interrupted by combat music and emote music.
