When I heard them say on ESO Live about furnished housing being "such great value", I knew we were dealing with a company that is so far removed from the reality of value, that Homestead was going to be the beginning of a slippery slope to absurdity in the crown store. €100 for a functionless house that is a copy paste of existing resources, given that a brand new premium computer game costs 50-60 bucks.... sorry but we are not even on the same planet with regards our idea of 'good value'!!
They are a great value. If you were to buy all the furniture from the crown store that is included with a furnished home, you would find that you would spend way more than the difference between furnished and unfurnished. Now as to buying the homes in general with real money is a different story altogether.0 -

Hopefully, with a space that large, that the cap is larger with this home than the manors.

RustyBlades✭✭✭Before the last patch the house was in the market to be pre-viewed but not bought along with the island and one other (that I don't remember). Only the island remains due to how you get to it. It was ok but not too impressive. You can swim around the moat and there are like two separate sections/rooms to the sides. I am not sure of the appeal as it isn't an underground dungeon per say nor is it a splendid manor.
Most of the wikia sites has the house limit at 265 items so hopefully the thing won't cost more than 7000 crowns.0 -

Myyth✭✭✭✭✭I dont get it. I previewed it and do not see the value in spending $130 real dollars on this. All your paying for is just some recycled game assets. Now if this was a multi level castle with secret doors, a drawbridge and other interactive objects like a big fire place I might be interested. But there is nothing interactive about the place, its just a cavern. It looks like any other delve in the game except it has furniture which looks silly. Why would you put furniture in a big cave? They also wasted so much space on having a giant lake in your home. If you want a guild hall there are numerous places in the wilderness around the world that would be the same.
