During the quest "Chateau of the Ravenous Rodent" (right in the beginning before you enter the house), Haskill is there on a boat. (see below)


(He is on the boat to the left, on top of those rocks.)

I spent a few minutes, but I can't seem to find a way to jump up to him to chat.

Has anyone done it? Does he say anything interesting?
