In case you didn't see the article for Battlegrounds- there's a picture of a character wearing a weird helm that looks like a cross between Raiden's hat and a whale's teeth. Is this part of a new armor motif... or is it a new monster helm?

EDIT: It's the third picture down. Also... take note that the character on the LEFT seems to only be holding one weapon with their right hand... but their left hand is glowing. (1H and Rune?)

Hmm. We haven't heard anything about a new weapon type coming... YET. It may just be a great sword. But who knows. Warden do NEED a new weapon style tho since none of the staffs fits the Warden (Ice staff is complete *** lol)

mesmerizedish✭✭✭✭✭The helm you're asking about is the Telvanni motif. Some folks are upset because it resembles the Redoran Watchman helm from Morrowind. *giant shrug*
The devs have confirmed that there are no new weapon skill lines coming with Morrowind, so "1H/rune" is not a thing that we'll be seeing any time soon. The glowy effect looks like a warden class ability.Edited by mesmerizedish on March 9, 2017 4:34AM2 -

to me it seems like its 1hd + shield - it looks like there's band around the arm...maybe its a skill which just makes the shield glow.0 -

That helm is just a type of bonemold armor that Dunmer usually use in their armor. The Dunmer are actually very odd and unique in aesthetic and culture, unlike their depiction in ESO where they are basically your run of the mill fantasy Dark Elf.2
