Endless load screen when traveling to players from my house

I thought there was a large increase in endless load screens, but I have narrowed it down somewhat. Every time I try to travel to player from within my house (Ebonheart Chateau) I get stuck in an endless load screen. If I walk outside to Stonefalls it mostly works. This is happening on XBOX.
Why did the Dunmer cross the road?
Apparently to get stuck in an eternal load screen!

ProfesseurFreder✭✭✭✭✭Glad I'm not the only one. Exiting a house in any location either by the door or wayshrine can throw you into an endless load screen, and you never know when it's going to happen or which houses are "safe." Every time I've tried to point this out, I've been ignored here.
