'Learned' furnishing blueprints finding their way back to your inventory unlearned.

So this has happened on at least 3 separate occasions -- I have learned some recipes only to find them sitting in my inventory unlearned some time later. This latest time it happened -- it was a purple and blue blueprint that I had JUST learned. I relogged the character because the game is broken, and when I came back in, they were sitting in my inventory again, unlearned.
What I worry about is, if this can happen, what else may be happening that I am unaware of, like blueprints going missing or otherwise not being tagged as learned (which I feel certain has happened, but dont have any objective evidence).

✭✭✭✭✭What platform do you play on? I play on the PC, NA server and have never had this happen. ... That doesn't mean it won't happen, just that it hasn't yet.1 -

✭✭You sure you actually ate them? Maybe you got a UI error or something that stopped you from using the item.1 -
begemotz✭✭Well one can never be 100% certain -- however before this latest event, I had 2 suspected incidents of a similar nature. This last time I am as "sure" as this world will allow me to be.. I used them both.. they were one purple and one blue -- and I was excited because one was finally a queen/king sized bed. I re-logged immediately after I used the blueprints, only to find them in my inventory the next time I went in.
