✭I found a blue level furnishing item in the Daggerfall bank about two weeks ago. It was called something like a "signed contract" so it wasn't the most exciting thing but I hung it on the entrance to my house.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭As mentioned, you can get fish (and a few other aquatic-themed items) from fishing, papers and IIRC a pen and inkwell from theft, and additionally there are a few furnishings that drop from the Dark Brotherhood supplier. They're all fairly rare drops though.#proud2BAStarObsessedLoony

Probably a treasure chest.
There's a few other furnishings that drop in various places. Nothing big like a dining table or something though. I've gotten one painting from a locked chest.
I looted a string of fish while fishing.

The only time so far I've seen actual furnishings drop is from fishing (and only because it's fishing relevant stuff like a fish - you can't craft a fish, just wouldn't make sense), any other source of loot seems to give schematics.

I got one of those rugs from a cabinet in a Wrothgar house. You can pickpocket wanted posters from guards, I got a tankard pickpocketing a drunk on PTS, not found one on live yet.PC EU

✭Drops from looting tend to be clutter-type items... quills, stacks of paper, half-eaten pieces of bread, and the like.
The best drop I've found are human skulls, from pickpocketing.

May I ask what else you can get from the Shadowy Supplier? I only got a Sacrificial Heart multiple times, so I got the impression it's the only thing we can get there.0 -

But yes. NPCs do drop furnishings. You just gotta be lucky. A friend of mine keeps looting golden skulls from cultist NPCs. I keep getting nothing.

Posions/Potions: may give Poisoned Blood (a small vial with red substance in it)
Less Noticeable: may give Light and Shadow (skull with a candle on it) or Candles of Silence (3 candles on bottles, red wax - note this item is not bound)
Equipment: Sacrificial Heart1
