Report bug game have suspended and ban because dont remember the day created

Mar 5th, I can not log in game with 2 id user different with error 200.
Before I can not log in game, 1 of 2 id have problem that can not use guild bank, guild store, trade with another, chat group in game, send email. I have try 3 another pc with 2 user id, but only 1 id have trouble.

I have sent ticket to Zenimax and they reply that I have been hacked on the id bug guild bank, guild store... and now they suspended that account. SHAME

You have received a social ban. These things were put into place back in early 2014 when we were plagued by gold sellers. Basically you can play the game as usual, but not:

speak to /zone
whisper to individuals
send mail
use Guild Stores

That's because these functions are commonly done by gold sellers.

You can get a social ban in a number of ways, including:

swapping your set items too many times with an addon such as AlphaGear
sending out mail to an entire Guild using an addon like MailR
allegedly - farming too efficiently
allegedly - grinding too hard

In order to regain access to Guild Stores, you need to contact Support and inform them that you are a real person. If you have any idea what you might have done which made you receive the social ban, this is a helpful thing to include in the mail.

What i did zeni , have bug like social ban, english not my main language, im not sent or selling gold for any one . gold i have low not rich .
i playing with my brother pvp 3-5 hour one day. all my time is pvp nothing more . ZeniMax reply with new mail with messages troll "what day your account create " . LOL who can remember the day sign 3 year ago . LoL i wish my 77$ for 6 month ESO+ refund and get out another game .

If you go to your account page, at top right it says the day you opened the account.

Maybe try looking back in your email and see if you can find anything from ESO asking you to verify your email address when first you created the game. Good luck. I think asking someone the day they created thier ESO account is nuts really. There has to be a better way to verify an account than this... isn't there ESO?

What is you native language ?

The Error 200 is not a hack . It was caused by a denial of service attack to everyone over the weekend . If you recieved a social ban then make sure to respond to the ticket you already made and don't create anymore . That is caused by many different bugs Ingame and they can fix that . Some addons cause it sometimes .

This problem not any important any more . i have report tickets for game bug and have suspended for supporter, i have give them the invoice id, but i don't remember the day I create my account. Now they said will be no support my email anymore and permanent suspended for I dont remember the day that I created account. So I and my brother quit this game, I think in the future, some one will meet the same problem like me.

Good job supporter Madison, you have permanent suspended 2 players that give you money monthly.
